Apple Cider

...the Cider Press, that is! We helped my Mom & Dad make fresh apple cider last Saturday at The Barn. What a cool process, and what YUMMY apple cider. It is quite possibly the best I have ever tasted. Perfect!

They are pressing again this weekend, and welcome observers to the process. They'll be pressing some Friday, but mostly Saturday, if you'd like to experience it! They are selling it on site, also. Stop in and get yourself some. (It freezes well, too, so you can enjoy it all year long!)

We made a stop in Yellow Springs. I had to show John what I've been telling him about over the years! (: My personal favorite was the crocheted (knit?!) tree. How cool! Haydn liked the Nut Haus!

Young's Dairy

We went to Cedarville so I could show everyone my "old college"! It seemed like forever since I've been there, but it was pretty much exactly as I remember it. We stopped at my old hangout, Young's Dairy. It was so neat to take my children there! (: Everyone enjoyed the delicious ice cream, and had fun exploring outside.
